October Misc

Here are a few random pictures from the month of October...

My cousin Josh got married at the Belmont hotel last weekend. We had a fun time celebrating with the family.

The Zajiceks

Sarah loves holding baby Andrew.

What boy doesn't like to climb a tree??

Cousins

Baby girl is still loving her dance class.

I would say this picture sums up our sweet girl- a race car in each hand while in her dance outfit. A girlie-girl with the influence of two older brothers.

Nothing screams Fall like the ice cream truck. :)

We've had our first sickness of the season. Sarah had the 24-hour virus first. Just look at those feverish eyes! :(

Three days later I got a call from the school nurse that Jacob had a fever. :(

Then a few hours later, this sweet boy came home!

He was asleep on the couch within thirty minutes of being home. Nothing makes me more sad than having sick kiddos. Luckily this was a quick one with just fever.

Sarah has been loving our Halloween decorations.

Jacob recently had to do his first book report. He chose his favorite book series, Diary of a Wimpy Kid, Cabin Fever. He also had to decorate a pumpkin as his favorite character from the book. Meet Greg Heffley. He also had to present his book report to the class by reading what he wrote on the poster board. Good job buddy!

Eight Years Old!

Jacob celebrated his eighth birthday on October 6th. Can you say...big time big boy! We actually happened to be in Tyler the weekend of his birthday for Gabriel's first communion so we were able to celebrate on Sunday with the entire family. He asked for a Texas Rangers party so Texas Rangers it was!

Kyla's youngest, baby Andrew, 8 months. Such a fun age!

Birthday spanking time!

Joseph had to get his turn!

Gift time!

Pinata time!

All eight grandkids together!

Since we didn't have a big friend party this year, we let Jacob choose a friend for an evening of fun. He chose his friend JT. I took them to Main Event and they bowled two games, played arcade games and then we went to Pie 5 for a pizza dinner. Sarah was at home with Daddy!

The boys had a great time together!

Silly boys!

Pizza time!

Happy Birthday our sweet Jacob! We are so proud of the big boy that you have become! You are a joy to be with, a blessing to our family and a precious gift from God! We love you Jacob!

Sarah's First Pedicure

Back in August when Sarah turned three I told her not only would I take her to get her first pedicure but she could also get her ears pierced. Well, once she actually turned three I got cold feet. There was no way I could take her to get her ears pierced! No way! I told her maybe when she was five she could get them pierced and she said, "OK". Boy I lucked out on that one. I was fully expecting a different reaction than that!

We did however go for her first mani/pedi and had a great time. She did great, sat still and enjoyed the pampering! Girl time!

My sweet girl!
