Memorial Day fun

We enjoyed the long Memorial Day weekend out at my parents in Kilgore. On Saturday, we headed out to Caddo Lake for a boat ride. The boys had a great time but sure were glad to take off those lifejackets once we were done. They actually both fell asleep, there is something about the sound of the boat that put them both fast to sleep. We just hung around the house the rest of the weekend and the boys enjoyed playing outside. Now that Luke is walking, he had lots of new space to explore. It didn't take him long before he was all over the place.

Helping Grandpa drive the boat-he loved it!

School Days

Today Jacob completed his frist year of Pre-K. I still can't believe first of all that he is old enough to be in preschool and secondly that his first year is already over. He has had such a great year with great teachers and great friends in his class. It makes me realize just how fast the school years are going to go by especially when he and Luke are older and busier! They had a "field day" today going all around the school to different activities that were set up. Below are a few pictures of the day and of course I had to include a few pictures from his first day of school back in September.
