36 weeks
...and counting! I can't believe I only have 4 weeks left, or 1 week if she comes early like her brothers! I had an appointment this morning and all looks good. I ended up having an ultrasound since I haven't had one since week 20. They did a biophysical profile where they measure the baby's heart rate, muscle tone, movement, breathing, and the amount of amniotic fluid. Everything looked great. Baby girl is in position, head down, face down. The sono tech couldn't get a profile picture because Sarah was so tucked in facing my back. I got to see her practicing her breathing and the sono tech pointed out a little bit of hair. She estimated her weight at 6 lbs 4 oz. I am so thankful that she looks healthy and is in position. Let's just hope she stays that way. We are getting so excited to meet our sweet angel, she will be here soon!

Everything looks great! If she decides to arrive early like her brothers, you will be all set. I know you must be glad to have her room finished and ready to go.

I still cannot believe that the time is almost here! I cannot wait to meet your sweet girl. How much fun is it going to be to have a girl around?!?! You are looking great! And so is her room. You've done a great job - it all looks so sweet! I wonder if we'll make it to the next friend dinner????

ReplyDeleteAnd Wow, I am so impressed with Sarah's room. Actually I'm more jealous than anything, ha! Would you believe Kaitlynn's room has never been even close to being finished? The next thing I do in there will probably be when she moves to a big girl bed! Sad but true. Sarah's room is just perfect - just right for your new little princess!
The time has seriously slipped away and I truly can't believe sweet Sarah will be here so soon. I'm sure if you end up going full-term, you'll be SOOOO ready! My mom went 3 weeks early with her 1st 3 kids and then the 4th arrived on the due date - pure torture in the middle of the hot summer! I hope the same isn't true for you!!
Look at your sweet belly! Sarah's room looks great girl - it's so sweet and dainty! Tell Lukee he is going to have to wear more pink to blend in with the room more next time. hehe :)
