Bathtime Babes and more

I especially love it when the kids have been bathed, are clean, soft and smell delicious. I love their sweet faces in their hooded towels.

I tried to get a picture of all three together...

but Sarah had her own plan in mind.

There is no denying it, Miss Sarah-bear is walking all over. She is all over the place. Still falling several times along the way, she just gets up and keeps on going. Crawling is a thing of the past.

She loves walking to the pantry and getting what she can reach. This time it was a package of peanut butter crackers that she made a royal mess with! But she loved every minute of it!

Strike a pose.

Can you tell her older brothers love playing with her?

On another note, my mom turned the big 6-0 last week. We had a great weekend of celebrating complete with a girl's day on Saturday. Which included Kristina, Mom, and myself getting a mani/pedi, lunch (and dessert) at Celebrity Cafe, and lots of shopping.

For dinner Saturday night, we ventured out to a Japanese Hibachi grill. We had never taken the kids to a place like this so it was fun to see them experience it all. And of course the food was excellent! Happy Birthday Mom! We love you!

  1. First, please wish you Mom a belated Happy Birthday. I am so glad you were able to get together to celebrate. I know that means the world to her.

Second, go Miss Sarah!! No turning back now. LOL! All of the photos are so precious. And, I love the one of her heading down the hall with her hoodie towel! They are angels!

Hope you have a wonderful day, Katherine. blessings ~ Tanna

  2. I sure love me some bathtime babies, too! Yours are especially cute in those sweet towels. It cracked me up to see Sarah walking down the hall, the hooded towel following in her wake. Those will now become the standard in your photos of her - she's moving too fast to keep up with and leaving the rest of us in the dust, ha!

So glad you had such a fun time celebrating your Mom's big day. Definitely sounds like a great day to me!

I can't wait to see Sarah Bear walking all over the place - in person very soon!! :D

    Love, Kyla

  5. Happy belated birthday to your mom! What a wonderful celebration!

Aren't the hooded towels the cutest? Especially when you watch those tiny bodies running down the hall leaving you behind. I could watch Alex do that all day long.

Your bathtime babes are precious! Wish I could give them some squeezies!
