Sarah's 1st pigtails

I was going to include a few pictures of Sarah's first pigtails in another "Misc" post but after looking through all the pictures I decided a separate post was much needed for this topic! :-)

Oh sweetness, how girlie you are! Mommy had such fun finally tackling pigtails. Getting you to stand still for any amount of time has always been the biggest obstacle. However, I caught you at a good time and was able to do it. You kept them in all day and I loved watching you bounce around with your pigtails! (excuse the poor IPhone quality)

Oh sweet Sarah-bear! You are my precious, precious girl!

  1. Absolutely, miss Sarah-bear's first pigtails warranted their own post! Look at her! PRECIOUS! A new milestone you've never gotten to celebrate before with the two boys. ;-) LOVE IT!

  2. Oh girl, don't I KNOW it!! Pigtails are a HUGE milestone if you ask me! I don't think I'll ever forget K's first pigtails and there was no turning back from there. Oh, so fun! Sarah looks SO precious with those sweet bows and pigtails. I think it kinda changes their appearance when they wear them, and it definitely UPs the cuteness factor for sure! I have a feeling I'll be seeing a lot more piggy tails in your future!! :-)

I haven't blogged about this yet, but Katherine, let me tell you. The girlie fun is JUST beginning!! Over the last few months, K has become obsessed with all things girl: the outfits, princess dress-up, painted fingernails, you-name-it. I am having so. much. fun!!

  3. How precious is she?!?! I love love love little girls in pig tails. And they are even more cute with the little matching white bows. I hope she will be still enough for you so that you can do it more often.

I have a bunch of pics of me in pig tails in my photo album from my childhood and they are just so cute.
