Field Day

Sarah's last day of school also happened to be Field Day at the boy's school. These things always seem to fall on the same day! It was a complete run around...you know how it is....not wanting to miss anyone's special event. I somehow made it work and got to be a part of all three of their special days.

Luke's field day was scheduled first and he had a great time before it got too hot outside. Thankfully a lot of the activities involved water so they could cool off.

Jacob's field day was later in the afternoon after I went to Sarah's last day carnival. He had a great time and really enjoys the activities.

We found Sarah a shady spot with a drink and a snack and she was good. Who knew mulch could be so entertaining?!

Good thing Jacob's time was at the end of the day b/c he was drenched!
