First T-ball game

Jacob had his first t-ball game the day we moved. I went to the game while Jim stayed at the house while the movers were there.

Jacob had a fun time and did great hitting the ball. His little team, The Scrappers were so cute. They have a lot to learn but did great for their first game. He was so excited to wear his jersey (he chose the number 6 for the back of his shirt), his hat and baseball pants. He sure looked the part...

Showing off his #6

Jacob insisted that Luke wear a baseball jersey as well. Luckily we had a Texas Rangers jersey handy that Luke proudly wore.

  1. Oh my gosh, he is too cute in his little uniform! So scrappy! :) I bet he did great and was so good in his first game. Glad Lukee is there to cheer him on!

  2. Katherine - that is PRECIOUS! He did indeed look the part. They say when you look good you play good. =) Uncle Jerry would be so excited about the jersey number - 6 was always his number when he played baseball. I look forward to seeing more photos of The Scrappers. Looks like it will be a fun season.

  4. That could not be any cuter! The picture of them looking at each other in the dug out is so sweet. Jacob looks like he had a blast. Maybe we need to come see one of his games!
